The design by Vogue Architects for Iraq’s first tower


Belonging to the residential complex (Downtown Baghdad) in the capital, Baghdad, has won the Arabian Property Award for 2024-2025 in the Best Mixed-Use Architecture category.
This competition is held annually to honor exceptional real estate projects across the Arab world. The tower is currently nominated for the International Property Awards, where projects are evaluated by a panel of over 100 distinguished jurors from around the world, The tower will be the tallest skyscraper in Iraq, standing at 320 meters with 80 floors, significantly impacting the skyline of Baghdad. Its unique exterior design reflects the city’s authentic architecture and identity, symbolizing a bridge between the past and the
present.
